Were seeking a compassionate and skilled Oncologist/Hematologist to provide exceptional care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment in beautiful Santa Rosa, California.

Position Highlights

• Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule (4.5-day workweek)
• Balanced practice: Primarily outpatient with limited inpatient responsibilities (rounding and occasional consults)
• Integrated cancer care: Work alongside radiation oncologists and access to radiation therapy and clinical trials
• Supportive, collegial team in a community-focused setting

The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, a CME allowance and other benefits offered by the medical group.
