Certification Required – No Exceptions Active PCA, CNA, or Nursing Assistant certification is required to apply. Applicants must provide a hard or soft copy of their certificate/license on or before the interview.
Competitive Pay Rates$16.00 – $18.50 per hour, based on credentials. + $0.50/hr after completing paid training
What You’ll Do
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding)
- Prepare simple meals
- Support mobility and transfers
- Provide medication reminders
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry
- Deliver dementia-friendly care (training provided)
What We’re Looking For
- Active PCA, CNA, or Nursing Assistant certification (required – no exceptions)
- Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional
- Ability to pass a background check
