Responsibilities May Include:

• Medication administration• Skilled nursing assessments• Trach/vent care (if applicable)• G-tube management• Wound care• Patient & family education• Accurate documentation

Requirements:

• Active GA RN or LPN license (or compact)• Current BLS certification• Valid driver’s license• TB test (current per guidelines)• Authorized to work in the U.S.
