Location: Grand Prairie

Schedule: Must have flexible Hours and willing to work 2nd Shift 

Pay: $18 - $22

Position Type: Temp-to-Hire / Full-Time

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Production Lead to oversee daily production operations and support a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience operating production equipment, driving forklifts, leading teams, and maintaining production goals while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure efficient workflow
• Lead and support production team members during daily operations
• Safely operate forklifts to move materials and finished products
• Assist with training, coaching, and supporting production staff
• Ensure production schedules and quality standards are met
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Coordinate with supervisors and other departments to resolve production issues
• Complete production reports and communicate shift updates
• Support inventory movement and material handling as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse lead role
• Forklift certification or proven forklift operating experience
• Ability to operate production equipment safely and efficiently
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment
• Must be dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

Schedule Flexibility:

• Must be available to support 2nd Shift operations
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Ability to start early, stay late, and adjust schedule based on production demands
• Flexible availability to support business needs and meet production goals
