Workable Solutions Investigative & Protective Services (WSIPS) is currently seeking professional, dependable, and highly motivated Armed Security Officers to join our growing team. We have immediate openings at multiple client locations throughout the Montgomery, Alabama area.

Position Requirements
- Must possess a current Alabama Security Regulatory Board (ASRB) Armed Security Officer Certification.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must successfully pass a background investigation and drug screening.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions during emergency situations.
- Must have open availability and be willing to work any shift, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
Responsibilities
- Protect client property, employees, and visitors.
- Conduct foot and vehicle patrols.
- Monitor access control and enforce site policies.
- Respond to incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
- Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports.
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a safe and secure environment.
