We are a fast-growing property services company seeking a reliable and experienced Roofer / Repair Technician to handle service calls and perform small repairs on roofs, gutters, and siding. This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in their work and can work independently.

Responsibilities:
Perform roof repairs, patch work, and maintenance

Repair or replace damaged gutters and siding

Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner

Maintain a clean and organized company van

Communicate with office staff and customers effectively

Qualifications:
Experience in roofing, gutter, or siding repairs (2+ years preferred)

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to work independently and troubleshoot on-site

Strong work ethic and reliability

Good communication and customer service skills
