Tacoma RV is looking to add a skilled, RV-experienced Salesperson / Product Specialist to our highly educated and customer-focused sales team. Since 1987, Tacoma RV has built a reputation as Washington’s leading single-point towable RV dealership—specializing in Travel Trailers, Fifth Wheels, and Toy Haulers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly manner
• Understand customer needs and match them with the right RV model
• Conduct RV presentations, and product demonstrations
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Work collaboratively with the sales and management team to achieve goals

Qualifications

• Previous RV or automotive sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional appearance

• Customer-first mindset with a consultative sales approach
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Coachable, eager to learn/grow, and able to receive regular feedback
• Strong desire to work together and succeed as a team

Compensation & Benefits:

• All commissions are pooled and evenly distributed among the sales team – fostering a collaborative, team-oriented sales environment (no individual commissions)
