Position Details

• Position Type: Temporary / Seasonal
• Schedule: 1st shift: 5 AM-1 PM and 2nd shift: 1 PM-9 PM, and weekends if necessary
• Overtime: May be required based on production needs

Responsibilities

• Pack finished products according to company standards
• Inspect products and packaging for quality
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all food safety, GMP, and company procedures
• Work efficiently as part of a production team

Requirements

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required

Physical Demands & Work Environment

To perform this job successfully, employees must be able to:

• Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
• Work on uneven surfaces and in wet or slippery conditions
• Frequently bend, kneel, stoop, twist, and turn during the workday
• Lift, carry, push, and/or move up to 50 pounds as needed
• Work in an environment where food allergens are present, including but not limited to soy and wheat
• Tolerate high noise levels and elevated temperatures typical of a food manufacturing facility
• Maintain productivity and safety standards in a fast-paced production environment

PPE: Steel-toe, slip-resistant shoes, hair and beard net, safety glasses, and earplugs are required in food manufacturing work areas; gloves are recommended.
