We're hiring for multiple Security opportunities in Bal Harbour, Miami, Miami Beach, and Bay Harbor Islands. Our hiring team will be conducting on-the-spot interviews.

Minimum Requirements for All Security Positions

  • Valid Florida Class D Security License required
  • Must be able to work the schedule listed for the position
  • Hospitality, condominium, luxury residential, or high-rise experience is a plus
  • Bring an updated résumé
  • Dress professionally

Leadership Requirements

Security Supervisor

  • 1 to 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience required

Security Manager

  • 2 to 4 years of leadership or management experience required

Security Supervisor (Overnight)
Location: Bal Harbour
Pay: $22 - 24 /hr. base on experience 
Hours: 40 per week
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 11:00 PM-7:00 AM

Security Manager
Location: Bal Harbour
Pay: $23 -$ 27 hr. base on experience 
Hours: 40 per week
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday, 3:00 PM-11:00 PM (Off Sunday & Monday)

Security Officer (Part-Time, Friday & Saturday)
Location: Bal Harbour
Pay: $20/hr
Hours: 16 per week
Schedule: Friday & Saturday, 11:00 PM-7:00 AM

Security Officer (Morning & Evening)
Location: Bal Harbour
Pay: $20/hr
Hours: 32 per week
Schedule: Saturday & Sunday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM and Thursday & Friday, 3:00 PM-11:00 PM

Security Overnight (Part-Time)
Location: Bay Harbor Islands
Pay: $20/hr
Hours: 24 per week
Schedule: Monday-Wednesday, 11:00 PM-7:00 AM

Security Officer (Evening & Overnight) | Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Location: Miami Beach
Pay: $19.50/hr
Hours: 40 per week
Schedule: Sunday-Tuesday, 3:00 PM-11:00 PM and Thursday-Friday, 11:00 PM-7:00 AM

Security Officer (Morning)
Location: Miami
Pay: $19/hr
Hours: 40 per week
Schedule: Wednesday-Sunday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM (Off Monday & Tuesday)

Security Officer (Overnight)
Location: Miami Beach
Pay: $19/hr
Hours: 32 per week
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 11:00 PM-7:00 AM

Security Officer (Evening)
Location: Miami Beach
Pay: $19/hr
Hours: 40 per week
Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 3:00 PM-11:00 PM

Security Officer (Evening)
Location: Miami
Pay: $18/hr
Hours: 40 per week
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday, 3:00 PM-11:00 PM
