Job Title: Stamping Press Operator
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 based on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday, 2nd Shift 4:15 PM – 2:45 AM, 3rd 11:00pm - 7:30am
Start Date: ASAP

As a Stamping Press Operator, you'll play a vital role in supporting the production process by setting up and operating stamping presses. You'll work closely with your team to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality in every part produced. Your efforts will help maintain smooth workflows and uphold high standards in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do
As a Stamping Press Operator, you will be responsible for:
  • Learning how to set up and operate stamping presses ranging from 20 to 400 tons.
  • Safely installing tooling and ensuring proper alignment before pressing.
  • Operating presses according to safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
  • Documenting production output accurately and maintaining detailed records.
  • Using measurement tools such as calipers, gauges, and micrometers to ensure parts meet specifications.
  • Troubleshooting issues with equipment or parts and making adjustments to maintain quality.
  • Keeping your work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
  • Adhering to all safety guidelines and promoting a safe work environment.
  • Assisting in maintenance and minor repairs of equipment as needed.
  • Supporting overtime hours when required to meet production deadlines.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn machine setup and operation.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds comfortably.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work overtime and adapt to a structured schedule.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or operating heavy machinery is a plus, but not required.
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality.
