Previous supervisory experience in a retail environment supervising others
Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 days team oriented environment
Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively using the English language
Strong interpersonal/organizationalskills with ability to motivate others
Self-starter able to prioritize various tasks and adapt to unexpected situations simultaneously
Proficiency required in reading, writing, mathematics, cash handling/ reporting
Computer literacy and working knowledge of MS Office preferred
Ability to meet FAA requirements for a Federal Criminal History Record check and a company background check.
Physical ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs., perform essential job functions such as standing, bending, reaching, climbing a ladder, and walking long distances.
