Our long established family medicine practice in Columbia SC is seeking a skilled and compassionate FNP to join our team. In this role you will deliver high-quality primary care services performing comprehensive evaluations managing chronic and acute conditions and collaborating closely with our dedicated physicians and clinical staff to foster long-term patient relationships. Scope of Practice Patient PopulationDemographics Serving a broad community ranging from pediatric patients as young as 6 months through adolescents young families and older adults including a robust Medicare population. Common PathologiesConditions Management of acute illnesses routine preventive care chronic disease management wound care and general family medicine concerns. Procedures In-office minor procedures as appropriate under local anesthesia e.g. incision and drainage skin biopsies sutures. On-site support includes a full phlebotomist in-house lab testing and convenient access to imaging services. Schedule 4.5 day work week no weekends Qualifications Certification Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner FNP Experience Open to both experienced providers and promising new graduates with strong clinical backgrounds training and support are available. Licensure Active South Carolina state medical license and DEA registration.
