Function:
EMK - FQHC - Worcester, Framingham or Milford. Work out of only one
Outpatient primary care. Must treat all ages
Must have 3 years of provider experience
Monday- Fri 8a-5p with 1 hr lunch - clinic shuts down 12p-1p
One sat am a month.(when doing sat, do less during week)
Some evening to 8p and rotate. when finishing late, will start late
Can work full or part time. 32 hours of patient facing a week
For full time can do 4 days a week in clinic and 1 admin day from home.
Call is phone call only 2 days a month(weekdays) and 1 full weekend a month
Start off slow on volume but ramp up to 18 patient a day - eventually 20 min visits
Patient panels of ~ 1200 patients
Nexgen is current EMR but should be switching to EPIC or Eclinical works
Will provide a competitive FQHC salary and also eligible for Student Loan repayment prog.$50K for a 2 year commitment
