A premier, patient-focused dermatology practice is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join a thriving team delivering both medical and cosmetic dermatology services. You'll have the opportunity to build lasting patient relationships while providing customized treatment plans that deliver outstanding results.

What You'll Do

• Provide a balanced practice of approximately 50% medical dermatology and 50% cosmetic dermatology.
• Perform comprehensive skin evaluations and dermatologic procedures.
• Conduct aesthetic consultations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer Botox®, neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and other injectable treatments.
• Perform laser treatments and other energy-based procedures.
• Educate patients on treatment options and long-term skincare strategies.
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience that promotes trust, retention, and long-term outcomes.

What We're Looking For

• Licensed Physician Assistant.
• Experience in both medical dermatology and aesthetic medicine.
• Advanced experience with Botox®, neuromodulators, and dermal fillers.
• Strong consultation, communication, and patient relationship skills.
• Ability to ethically guide patients through treatment recommendations and convert consultations into procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Sciton laser platforms and other energy-based devices.
• Advanced injectable and facial rejuvenation training.
• Knowledge of anti-aging treatment protocols.
• Proven success in cosmetic treatment growth and patient retention.
