Requirements

  • Required: Nurse Practitioner Board Certification (AANP) or Physician Assistant Board Certification (NCCPA)
  • Required: Active ARNP or PA license in Oregon or ability to obtain during the credentialing process
  • Required: Certification in BLS, ACLS, or PALS within 30 days of hire
