Join Our Team! Parkview Physicians Group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our practice that employs excellent diplomatic communication skills. An interested candidate should have the ability to collaborate with intra-interdepartmental team members as well as community organizations or members. A qualified candidate would have the ability to multitask and utilize critical thinking skills to best serve our patients. Schedule and Responsibilities Monday-Friday-No call. No weekends, nights or holidays All outpatient Work location at PRMC with some outreach clinics Great collaboration with our 6 other neurology NPs and our Neurologists Opportunity to participate in quality improvements and patient care initiatives Assist with Health Assessments, Strokes, Seizures, and Procedures. APPs perform procedures such as Botox injections for headache/migraine, occipital nerve blocks and trigger point injections Day to Day includespatient appointments, managing in-box for patient calls/messages, and following up on laboratory and imaging results. Participating in care improvement initiatives Job Requirements Graduate of an accredited Master of Science in Nursing program (DNP optional) Current or pending state license for Registered Nurse and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse Current or pending certification by an approved professional certification organization Minimum 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner preferred.
