NP/PA – Ophthalmology (Oculoplastics) 1.0 FTE Full Time Opening

Requirements/Preferred Experience:
- SRSMG is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Ophthalmology Division
- To be considered for the position, the candidate must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working full-time as an NP/PA
- Experience in ophthalmology is not required, but strongly encouraged
Position Details
- Full-time salaried position in Ophthalmology (Oculoplastics)
- 1.0 FTE schedule with flexibility of four 10-hour or five 8-hour clinic days per week (with a one-hour lunch break)
- 100% outpatient role based at Sharp Rees-Stealy Scripps Ranch and Santee clinics
- No after-hours / No call / No inpatient work
- Opportunity to work closely alongside experienced oculoplastic physicians in a collaborative, team-based environment
- Ideal candidate will be comfortable performing Botox injections

Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group is committed to pay equity and transparency. Compensation is determined by a structured pay scale based on years of experience and applicable certifications, with final placement within the range confirmed during the recruitment process. The annual base salary range is $154,500.00-$216,537.30, with eligibility for bonuses, incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package. This position is represented by UNAC/UHCP under applicable labor agreements.
