Outpatient-only primary care
Established patient panel with strong community reputation
Flexible and supportive team culture
Monday-Friday schedule | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Average patient volume: 18-20 patients per day after ramp-up
Light call schedule: approximately 1 week every 5 weeks
Telemedicine capabilities through Epic/MyChart
