NP / PA - Outpatient Family Clinic in Colorado - Relocation Package

Salud Family Health is hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dedicated team in Fort Morgan, Colorado. At Salud, our providers work within a team-based care model, supporting patients and families through collaborative, compassionate, and community-centered care.

• Starting Annual Salary - $105,000 to $138,750

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Licensure: Unrestricted NP or PA license in good standing in Colorado
• Experience: 3+ years of clinical experience preferred
• Preferred Skills: Spanish-speaking strongly preferred, Demonstrated sensitivity to low-income and ethnically diverse populations
