Action Research Corporation (ARC), a division of HEICO Corporation, is currently looking for a recently graduated Mechanical Engineer with a strong interest in aircraft and engine accessories to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with reverse engineering components, an understanding of aircraft mechanical systems, as well as experience working with electrical and instrumentation systems. This role will involve troubleshooting, prototyping, and reverse engineering mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical components to ensure they meet stringent FAA standards and operational requirements.

Responsibilities
The following are the key responsibilities of this role:
Component Analysis and Reverse Engineering:
• Analyze and reverse engineer aircraft and engine electrical components to ensure repairs and modifications are compliant with FAA regulations and industry best practices.
Development of Technical Documentation:
• Develop technical documentation, schematics, and design modifications for electrical components.
• Document all engineering activities and modifications in compliance with FAA standards.
Collaboration and Support:
• Work closely with other engineering team members, technicians, and management to resolve technical issues and improve repair processes.
• Provide technical support and guidance as needed.
• Support of Operations and Quality, including Production support and troubleshooting.
