Job Description
We are seeking a NPI and Product Marketing Lead - Retail & Industry Solutions to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in insights-led NPI strategy, omnichannel asset development, and lifecycle product marketing and a proven ability to translate customer insights into differentiated positioning and high-performing launch programs.
Responsibilities:
- Define and write product value propositions that clearly differentiate from adjacent products and key competitors, ensuring consistent execution across assets and teams.
- Drive end-to-end creation of omnichannel NPI assets, including messaging, imagery, e-tail, video, email, digital and social ads, and web content, meeting high creative and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with business unit, category, and market teams, and centers such as HP.com, search, and communications to activate the 4Ps of marketing.
- Partner with product and category peers to monitor performance and post-launch insights, refining positioning, messaging, and assets as needed.
- Inspire and manage agencies to deliver impactful, high-caliber work and maintain strong engagement from agency teams.
- Manage the end-to-end flow of assets and content across systems and channels to ensure timely access for sales and marketing teams.
- Own project-level budgets and forecasting related to assigned initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Track record in insights- and data-led strategic communications planning that informs strong briefs and creative outcomes.
- Strong understanding of creative across the mix with the ability to distinguish effective creative from average work.
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality standards across all assets and outputs.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects from insights through in-market execution, including production.
- Exceptional writing skills with the ability to develop persuasive messaging and influence stakeholders.
- Experience in creative production for optical and digital photography, optical and CGI video, and digital and social advertising.
- Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management and cross-functional teams, internal and external.
- Pragmatic problem solver who navigates change and delivers outcomes.
- Diplomatic and consultative collaborator with budget planning and process management capability.
- Leadership mindset with willingness to mentor less experienced team members.
- Experience level: 4-7 years in marketing communications with at least 2 years in the PC or IT industry (agency or client side).

- Analytics and data analysis applied to marketing performance and decision making.
- Brand marketing, brand strategy, and branding execution.
- Customer relationship management and KPI-driven optimization.
- Digital marketing, social media, and go-to-market strategy for NPIs.
- Market research, new product development, and product marketing best practices.
- Project management and effective selling techniques to support commercial teams.
- Cross-org capabilities: effective communication, results orientation, learning agility, digital fluency, and customer centricity.
Education & Certifications:
- Four-year or graduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related discipline. Commensurate experience considered.

- Impacts multiple teams and may lead projects, providing direction, facilitating information validation, and enabling team decision making.
