The NPI Engineering Manager leads the design, development, and production of advanced infrared opto‑mechanical assemblies while managing and growing a high‑performing engineering team. The position requires deep expertise in ruggedized, athermal optical systems and hands-on involvement from concept through high‑volume manufacturability.Client Details My client is a rapidly growing photonics manufacturer specializing in infrared imaging components and systems.
