At Milwaukee Electronics, our NPI Technical Specialists are the first line of defense, reviewing incoming jobs for technical feasibility, supporting our Customer Service team, and making sure every order is set up for success from day one.
You'll work with industry-leading DFM tools like Valor, collaborate across departments, and serve as a Subject Matter Expert on tooling and defect reduction. If you love detail-oriented work that directly impacts quality, cost, and customer satisfaction, this is your kind of role.
SCHEDULE
Regular Hours: Monday - Friday, 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM (2nd Shift)
Training Period: Your first approximately two months will be on day shift (Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM) to get fully up to speed before transitioning to your permanent schedule.
