NPW was founded in 1969 and has grown significantly through the successful completion of 30 acquisitions and organic endeavors.Responsibilities:The Warehouse Manager is responsible for supervising and managing all areas of the warehouse. This includes labor, safety and production to ensure maximum efficiency to meet our service level agreement with both our internal and external customers. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsComputer Savvy, proficient in Microsoft OfficeProven leadership skillsDemonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely in written and verbal formatsDemonstrated leadership skills and the ability to plan and schedule the work of othersDemonstrated time management and organization skills, including the ability to plan and manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyProven proficiency in general personal computer application, as well as in the use of Microsoft Office software, including Word and ExcelIdentify problems and opportunities pertaining to warehouse goalsCoordinates warehouse layout, zoning, and capacity requirements to maintain maximum productivityPick and pack parts, receive product to shelvesUnderstand and manage incoming and outgoing UPS/FED/USPS shipping proceduresSupervise a team to make sure they are performing their tasks to meet vendor and NPW standardsCorresponds with and maintains professional relations with vendors and suppliersEducational and Skills Requirement:Must have a min of 5 years' experienceIncluding warehouse operations, counter sales, and delivery operationsManaging P and LBilingual English/Spanish Physical Requirements:Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.Ability to sit, stand and/or walk the duration of the shiftClimb stairsMust be able to operate a computer and communicate via the telephone.Must be able to communicate verbally and in writingTeam Benefits: Paid Time OffEmployee Purchase ProgramHealth Benefits401KOpportunities for career advancements If you're looking for an exciting career opportunity with room to advance, then NPW is the company for you!We are a drug free workplace.Qualified applicants must successfully pass pre-employment screenings.
