Monitor process of the department and team to maintain continuous operation
Complete all shift reports for the day
Performs hourly inspections of the tubing
Provide direction and leadership to ensure accuracy of operation
Oversees the set-up, adjustments and change overs for all equipment of the machines for the department
Performs preventative maintenance on the machine when necessary
Assist with changeover and operate crane or forklift as needed

Minimum Qualifications:
Supervisor and Manager Recommendation
2-3 years of experience in a production environment
1-2 year of leading a team in a Manufacturing/Industrial environment
Preferred Qualifications:
High school Diploma or GED
Significant work experience in a high volume manufacturing environment
Significant work and understanding of Manufacutring process related to electrical steel conduit
Ability to work in a team environment with strong, positive communication skills
Must know basic English reading, writing and math skills
