Basic Job Functions:
- Monitor process of the department and team to maintain continuous operation
- Complete all shift reports for the day
- Performs hourly inspections of the tubing
- Provide direction and leadership to ensure accuracy of operation
- Oversees the set-up, adjustments and change overs for all equipment of the machines for the department
- Performs preventative maintenance on the machine when necessary
- Assist with changeover and operate crane or forklift as needed

Minimum Qualifications:
- Supervisor and Manager Recommendation
- 2-3 years of experience in a production environment
- 1-2 year of leading a team in a Manufacturing/Industrial environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school Diploma or GED
- Significant work experience in a high volume manufacturing environment
- Significant work and understanding of Manufacutring process related to electrical steel conduit
- Ability to work in a team environment with strong, positive communication skills
- Must know basic English reading, writing and math skills
