Overview
Performs nuclear medicine imaging and in-vitro laboratory procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision. Use independent judgment, ingenuity and initiative to perform state-of-the-art imaging. Assumes responsibility for designated areas or procedures as required.
Qualifications
Education required: High School Diploma or GED. Graduate of accredited radiology or nuclear medicine program.
License, Certification and/or Registration: Require ARRT Licensure or NMTCB Licensure within 1 year of hire. BLS certification within 90 days of hire required.
Additional skills and/or abilities: Must possess excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a fast paced environment, requiring prioritizing and changing tasks frequently and quickly.
