Nuclear Med Tech

Position Summary Performs Nuclear Medicine procedures in compliance with the Holyoke Medical Centers mission statement, policies, and standards of care, and the philosophy, policies, procedures, and goals of the Nuclear Medicine department. The scope of patient services provided encompasses age groups ranging from infant to geriatrics. Accountabilities include providing appropriate services, positive customer service, interdepartmental and intradepartmental communications, while maintaining and improving competencies.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited program in nuclear medicine or an allied health field.
• Licenses/Registrations:
• Current certification by Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board or American Association of Radiologic Technologists.
• Current license within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
• Current CPR required at BLS level.
