Job Description: As a member of the health care team, the Cardiovascular Nuclear Medicine Technologist performs procedures on adult and geriatric patients. Advises and collaborates with Heart and Vascular Center personnel, physicians, nursing staff, ancillary hospital departments and satellite hospitals to perform safe, quality, diagnostic procedures and to provide superior patient care. Performs and adheres to all Cardiovascular Nuclear Medicine procedures and protocols. Maintains Cardiac Nuclear Medicine equipment for diagnostic imaging, quality and safety. Adheres to and implements all the NRC, the State of Ohio, and JCAHO regulations and recommendations.
