Job Summary: The Nuclear Med Technologist performs in vivo nuclear medicine procedures using tagged radionuclides. Doses patients with radiopharmaceuticals and pharmaceuticals as prescribed by the physician's orders, and under the supervision of the radiologist "authorized user" in the Imaging Department. Completes quality control and quality assurance procedures as required by the hospital and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) license. Ensures complete and accurate data entry in the Hospital Information System (HIS) and Picture Archival and Communication System (PACS).

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • Registered Nuclear Medicine Technologist with the ARRT or CNMT.
  • Advance Registration in PET optional.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a registered Nuclear Medicine Technologist. Clinical rotations in an accredited medical imaging program may be considered as experience.
  • PET/CT experience is also preferred.

Shift: Full-Time, Day Shift. On Call required. No weekends.

Salary Range: Minimum 45.79/hour - Maximum 75.51/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
