Job Requirements

Education Requirements:

• Associate’s degree or higher in Medical Technology, Radiologic Technology, or a related field.

Certifications Requirements:

• BLS certification
• NMTCB (Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certification)
• State Licensure as applicable in Wisconsin

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in nuclear medicine technology
• Prior travel experience preferred
• Experience with GE equipment (any models) and SPECT CT

Other Requirements:

• Ability to support on-call rotations and holiday shifts
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with department supervisor and fellow technologists to deliver accurate nuclear medicine imaging services.
• Execute patient preparations, including IV insertions and radiopharmaceutical administration.
• Document procedures and patient interactions accurately in EPIC or preferred charting systems.
• Support the float rotation between NM and PET departments, maintaining workflow efficiency.
• Provide quality assurance and maintenance tasks for GE equipment and relevant imaging modalities.
