Nuclear Medical Technologist Qualifications & Responsibilities:
- Board Certified Nuclear Medicine Technician, accredited by NMTCB, CNMT, ARRT (N)
- Active BLS
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to complete background checks required
- Perform Nuclear Spect Imaging to assist in diagnostic evaluations.
- Ensure proper aseptic techniques are followed during procedures.
- Maintain and operate medical imaging equipment to ensure the production of high-quality images.
- Collaborate with physicians to interpret results and provide accurate reports.
- Stay updated on medical terminology and advancements in nuclear medicine.
- Educate patients about procedures and ensure their comfort throughout the process.
