A Nuclear Medicine Technologist opportunity is available in Fort Pierce, FL at a 380-bed acute-care hospital that serves as a Level II Trauma Center, a Certified Primary Stroke Center, and home to the area's only Level III Neonatal and Pediatric Intensive Care Units. The facility also holds CARF accreditation for its Physical Rehabilitation Center and is verified by the American College of Surgeons. Clinical services span open-heart surgery, oncology, orthopedics, labor and delivery, and a full nuclear medicine department.

The role. The Nuclear Medicine Technologist performs a variety of technical imaging procedures involving ionizing radiation for screening and diagnostic purposes, adhering to ALARA standards throughout. The technologist operates and regulates imaging equipment, exposes and develops radiographic film, and organizes completed studies to support diagnostic workflow. Work is conducted across a broad scope of nuclear medicine services within a fast-paced acute-care environment.

What we're looking for.

• Associate Degree
• State Registered Radiologic Technician license
• Registered Radiographer (ARRT) or Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMTCB) — required
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

Schedule. Full-time, rotating 8-hour shifts across days and evenings (6:00 AM–2:30 PM, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, or 3:00 PM–11:00 PM), with rotating weekend coverage.
