We’re seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join a hospital-based imaging team in Tucson, Arizona. This role is ideal for a technologist experienced in diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine procedures in an inpatient and outpatient setting.

Position Overview

• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures

• Perform nuclear medicine imaging studies according to protocols

• Monitor patients during procedures and ensure safety standards are maintained

• Maintain and operate nuclear medicine equipment

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and imaging staff to provide quality patient care

• Document procedures accurately in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards

Requirements

• CNMT or ARRT(N) certification required

• Active Arizona state license for Nuclear Medicine Technologist

• BLS certification required

• Minimum 1 year recent hospital nuclear medicine experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of radiation safety, patient care, and imaging protocols
