    Part-Time Nuclear Medicine Technologist - PET/CT

    Position Type: Part-Time | Hourly

    Location: Client Healthcare Facility in Frederick, MD

    What You'll Do as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist - PET/CT

    As a PET/CT Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will work alongside our Cardiac RN or Cardiac Stress Technologist at client facilities. Reporting to the Regional Staffing Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operation of PET imaging equipment and delivering high-quality diagnostic images according to established clinical protocols.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Operate PET/CT equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images

    • Provide excellent patient care before, during, and after imaging procedures

    • Administer Rb-82 isotope doses

    • Maintain hot lab operations and ensure proper handling of radiopharmaceuticals

    • Ensure all imaging and clinical procedures meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards

    • Comply with all State, OSHA, and radiation safety regulations

    • Support on-site physicians and clinical staff during procedures

    Qualifications

    Required:

    • Current NMTCB or ARRT (N) certification in good standing

    • Maryland State Nuclear Medicine License

    • CPR and BLS certification

    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

    • Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and physical

    • Valid driver's license
