Nuclear Medicine Technologist PET/CT – Full Time

We’re seeking an experienced CT Technologist for a permanent role in Hartford, CT with an area healthcare client where you’ll be responsible for accurately interpreting a physician’s scanning instructions, skillfully administering contrast materials, and expertly operating CT scan equipment. Experience with PET/CT is preferred. Scheduling options include 3x12, 2x16, 4x12, 4x10, 5x8, or weekend-only schedules. Coverage areas include UConn, Winchester, Mt. Auburn, and White River Junction.

Minimum Requirements:

• 1 year experience preferred as a CT Technologist.
• Completion of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited program in Radiology.
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.
• BLS certification.
• Experience with PET/CT and Nuclear Medicine preferred.
• Dual certification in Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT where required by state regulations is preferred for regional roles.
• Willingness to work in mobile/coach unit environments. Typical staffing model is two technologists per mobile unit.
• Long-term commitment to quality patient care preferred by the client.
• Willingness to travel between coverage sites within the region, including UConn, Winchester, Mt. Auburn, and White River Junction.
