    Position Summary

    The Nuclear Medicine Technologist is an excellent opportunity at MultiCare, responsible for performing PET/CT and nuclear medicine procedures and maintaining departmental standards. In this role, you will ensure the most comprehensive and compassionate imaging care for patients.

    Responsibilities

    • You will perform on-call tasks, when necessary, as well as a wide range of Nuclear Medicine procedures
    • You will administer diagnostic and therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals in accordance with department policies and procedures
    • You will perform venipuncture and IV placement
    • You will be able to work independently and unsupervised
    • You will perform quality control procedures, as required for all equipment, and become familiar with the film filing system

    Requirements

    • BA or BS degree in science of health care field preferred
    • CMNT (NMTCB), ARRT (N) or equivalent or/ registry eligible and exam taken within one year of employment
    • Certified with the State of Washington Department of Health
    • Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (CT) preferred
    • Previous knowledge of and/or experience in computerized tomography desirable

    Pay and Benefit Expectations

    We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $46.93 - $76.93 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
