Work Status/Schedule: FT/Days | Mon-Fri, Sats being volunteers | Shifts rotate weekly between opener (6:30a-3p) and closer (8a- 4:30p)
What Youll Do
Perform nuclear medicine procedures, including PET/CT and theragnostic imaging, following physician orders and established protocols.
Deliver high-quality diagnostic images while maintaining safety standards in compliance with ACR and RAM guidelines.
Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals and explain exams clearly to patients to ensure comfort and understanding.
Collaborate closely with Radiologists, nurses, and imaging staff to provide efficient, patient-centered care.
Maintain equipment, perform quality control checks, and follow all radiation safety regulations.
Requirements
Certification:
Certified by the ARRT (N) or NMTCB (CNMT)
Licensure:
Must hold a current Texas Medical Board (TMB) License as a Medical Radiologic Technologist Nuclear Medicine
BLS Certification required
Previous experience in a hospital or medical imaging department preferred
Excellent communication and patient-care skills
