Responsibilities:
- The Nuclear Medicine technologist will support patient care by performing quality Nuclear Medicine procedures and other duties as assigned.
- The Nuclear Medicine Technologist will consistently maintain focus on customer service and safety.
- Enhances quality by participating in performance improvement.
- Supports the Radiology Department and reports to the Nuclear Medicine /Radiology Director.
Qualifications:
Job Requirements
- Associate degree from an accredited school of radiology or nuclear medicine technology
- Registered by the ARRT(R)(N) or NMTCB in good standing
- Licensed by the Kansas State Board of Healing Arts
- One year of experience as an ARRT (R)(N) or NMTCB
- BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care
