Responsibilities:
  • The Nuclear Medicine technologist will support patient care by performing quality Nuclear Medicine procedures and other duties as assigned.  
  • The Nuclear Medicine Technologist will consistently maintain focus on customer service and safety.
  • Enhances quality by participating in performance improvement. 
  • Supports the Radiology Department and reports to the Nuclear Medicine /Radiology Director 
Qualifications:

Job Requirements

  • Associate degree from an accredited school of radiology or nuclear medicine technology
  • Registered by the ARRT(R)(N) or NMTCB in good standing 
  • Licensed by the Kansas State Board of Healing Arts
  • One year of experience as an ARRT (R)(N) or NMTCB 
  • BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care
