Desired Experience
· Strong knowledge of equipment capabilities, pressure vessels and welding, ASME, and NDE
· Knowledge of ASME Section VIII Div 1
· Non Destructive Examination (NDE)
· Knowledge of NQA-1 related quality program
· Quality Auditing experience
· Capability to read and interpret blueprints, work order instructions and weld symbols.
· Good problem-solving skills, safety practices and attention to quality

The Quality Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily quality assurance activities to ensure products meet company, customer, and regulatory standards. This role leads quality technicians/inspectors, monitors production quality metrics, and works with operations to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
