Summary/Objective

The Nuclear Services Manager role encompasses team leadership, operational excellence, and fosters a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

The Nuclear Services Manager is responsible for the leadership and management of a team of nuclear engineers and radiation control personnel. The Nuclear Services Manager develops and manages team and individual Key Performance Indications (KPIs). This role will often have a project of their own to lead, adheres to all company rules/procedures to ensure they are being followed, and ensures all employees work in a safe environment and follow all safety rules.
