Board Eligible / Board Certified Endocrinologist
Growing Multi-Specialty Practice | Central New Jersey
A well-established and rapidly growing endocrinology group in Central New Jersey is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Endocrinologist to join its expanding practice.
The group consists of four endocrinologists, a nurse practitioner, and a strong ancillary support team, including registered dietitians. This opportunity offers significantly higher earning potential compared to traditional insurance-restricted models, supported by extensive in-house diagnostic and ancillary services.
Practice Highlights
- Full-service laboratory, DEXA scanning, thyroid ultrasound and ultrasound-guided FNA
- Vascular diagnostic testing and neurodiagnostic testing for diabetic neuropathy
- Multiple employment and partnership options, including immediate partnership
- Guaranteed first-year compensation of $325,000–$400,000 plus bonuses
- Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available
- Full-time and part-time opportunities
Position Details
- Minimum 30 hours / 4 days per week (40 hours / 5 days preferred)
- One Saturday per month (half-day preferred, not required)
- Primarily outpatient with limited inpatient consultations
- Cross-coverage provided by other endocrinologists
- Limited call responsibility
- 3–4 weeks paid time off in the first year (negotiable)

Candidate Qualifications
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Endocrinology
- U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Ability to perform thyroid ultrasound independently (highly preferred)
- Ability to perform thyroid FNA independently (preferred, not required)
- Active New Jersey license preferred
- Planned residence within 30 miles of the Old Bridge office strongly preferred
- Graduating fellows and experienced physicians encouraged to apply
