Casey Rehab & Nursing is expanding our care team and is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities within our skilled nursing facility.
This role is centered on providing steady, attentive support to residents in a structured, team-based environment. Our Nurse Aides are essential to maintaining comfort, dignity, and consistency in daily care.
Position Focus
As a Nurse Aide, you'll assist residents with routine care needs while working alongside licensed nursing staff to support overall clinical operations. This position is ideal for individuals who value reliability, teamwork, and meaningful day-to-day resident interaction.
What You'll Do
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Support nursing staff with routine care and observations
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized care environment
- Engage residents respectfully to promote comfort and well-being
What We're Looking For
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Open to both newly certified and experienced candidates
- Dependable, team-oriented approach to care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation
$19.50 - $23.22 per hour
Pay is based on experience and selected benefit options.
