    1. Day and Evening Training Shifts Available

    Position: Nurse Aide in Training


    Location: Rivers Edge Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, Kentucky

As a Nurse Aide in Training, you’ll learn hands-on skills from experienced professionals and receive the support you need to succeed in a CNA role.


    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Support residents with non-clinical daily tasks under the supervision of licensed staff
    2. Assist with meal delivery, hydration, linen changes, and general comfort
    3. Maintain cleanliness and organization in resident rooms and shared spaces
    4. Observe and report any changes in resident behavior or condition
    5. Participate actively in training classes and on-the-floor clinical practice
    6. Transition into a CNA position upon successful certification


    Qualifications:

    1. Must be at least 18 years of age
    2. High school diploma or equivalent preferred
    3. Passion for working with the elderly and individuals with health needs
    4. Strong communication and teamwork skills
    5. Must be able to attend and complete the full training program
    6. Commitment to transitioning into a CNA role upon certification
