We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Aide (STNA / CNA) to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide essential care and support to our patients, promoting their well-being and ensuring their comfort. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily activities, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about providing excellent patient care and who possess strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications:

  • Valid certification as a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA / CNA)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Compassionate and empathetic nature

Essential Job Functions:

  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
  • Support patients in their mobility and ensure their safety during transfers
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
  • Follow established care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals
  • Maintain a clean and organized patient environment, including regular infection control measures
  • Document patient observations, activities, and any changes in condition
  • Communicate effectively with patients and their families, ensuring clear understanding of care instructions and answering any questions they may have
  • Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations and protocols
