Job Details:

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) position available for full-time and part-time providers
• Part-time providers should be able to work 2 weeks per month or 2 shifts per week
• Schedule: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• Providers must be able to float between locations, with Moses Cone serving as the main location
• Approximately 4 to 5 shifts needed per month
• 60+ cases per day with all age patient population
• Anesthesiology department with 20 operating rooms covering general, orthopedic, gynecological, ENT/eyes, vascular, thoracic, heart, neuro, and trauma procedures
• 5 NORA locations including IR, EP, ENDO, and MRI
• EMR system: EPIC
• Special equipment includes Drager anesthesia machine and Philips monitoring
• Preferred skills include hearts/vascular, neuro, and pediatrics; hearts and lungs will not be required
• Practice setting: Hospital
• Board certification required: CRNA
• Active North Carolina state license required; willing to license for compact license only
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience required; no new graduates
• Certifications required: ACLS and PALS

The anesthesiology department is a high-volume environment supporting a broad spectrum of surgical and procedural specialties, including orthopedics, vascular, thoracic, neurosurgery, and trauma. The facility utilizes EPIC as its electronic medical records system and is equipped with modern anesthesia and monitoring technology to support advanced patient care.
