What You’ll Do
Provide anesthesia care for scheduled surgical cases and trauma patients in a Level 2 trauma center
Assist with anesthesia for pediatric outpatient surgeries, including ENT and other specialty areas
Collaborate with surgical teams across multiple operating rooms and outpatient clinics
Support anesthesia procedures in endoscopy suites and other specialty units
Participate in on-call rotations, taking call as scheduled or as willing to support the team
Ensure patient safety and uphold anesthesia standards through meticulous monitoring and intervention
What You Need
Valid Minnesota RN and CRNA licensure; certification in BLS and ACLS required
Minimum of 2+ years anesthesia experience in trauma and outpatient settings
Pediatric anesthesia experience highly preferred
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment
