What You’ll Do:
Provide anesthesia care for diverse surgical procedures, including pediatric outpatient cases
Manage anesthesia for scheduled surgeries and optional on-call shifts
Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and comfort
Assist in outpatient and inpatient anesthesia procedures across multiple surgical specialties
Document anesthesia procedures accurately and efficiently
Follow all safety and compliance guidelines to uphold high standards of care
What You Need:
Active Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) license in Minnesota
Prior experience in pediatric anesthesia preferred
Strong clinical assessment skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced surgical environment
