What You’ll Do
Provide anesthesia services and be available for on-call coverage (night and weekend shifts)
Conduct assessments and prepare patients for procedures
Respond promptly to on-call emergencies and provide anesthesia support
Collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams to ensure patient safety and quality care
Support long weekends or night shifts in a flexible manner
Travel to and from the facility as needed, with lodging provided for weekend on-call hours
What You Need Required:
Active Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) license in Virginia or eligible for licensure
Prior anesthesia experience preferred, but flexible for qualified candidates
Ability to be on call, respond promptly, and work independently
Preferred:
Flexibility for PRN coverage and weekend shifts
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
