What You’ll Do:
Provide anesthesia care during scheduled procedures in various settings
Respond to on-call emergencies with prompt availability
Cover night shifts and weekend on-call duties, including long weekends in Fredericksburg
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient safety and comfort
Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia services
Participate in staff meetings and quality assurance activities
What You Need:
Current state license as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Ability to work independently and handle on-call responsibilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends as scheduled
Prior anesthesia experience preferred but not required for PRN work
