Pay & Benefits
Pay Rate: $30.25/hour (plus overtime at $45.37/hour if applicable)

What You’ll Do
Conduct initial assessments and investigations of child maltreatment reports
Perform safety and risk evaluations for children and families
Develop, monitor, and enforce safety and intervention plans
Document case activities thoroughly and accurately
Prepare reports for court proceedings and provide professional recommendations
Collaborate with law enforcement, legal entities, and other stakeholders
Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
What You Need Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Family Studies, or a related field
Valid state license (if applicable)
Prior experience working in child welfare investigations (preferred)
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with professionalism
Preferred:
Experience in child maltreatment investigations and safety assessments
Knowledge of local child welfare laws and protocols
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
