Required Skills:
- Valid license as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Proven experience in administering anesthesia in diverse clinical settings
- Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques, patient monitoring, and safety protocols
- Excellent critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to various patient needs
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with pediatric and obstetric anesthesia
- Bilingual abilities to better serve diverse patient populations
- Advanced certifications or specializations in anesthesia practice
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia or related field
- At least 2 years of professional experience as a CRNA in a hospital or surgical center
- State licensure and national certification current and in good standing
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Possession of a valid driver’s license if travel is required
- Commitment to ongoing education and compliance with all licensing and certification requirements
- Travel reimbursements and additional certifications may be provided when applicable
